R= Bend Radius
K= Neutral Axis Offset _*(K-fACTOR) t/T
K = 0.33 …Jika R < 2T
0.40 … Jika R = 2T s/d 4T
0.50 …Jika R > 4T
T= Thickness of Material
Contoh Soal:
Perhitungan Manual:
Dik: T= 0.8 mm R = 1.2 mm maka K= 0.33
Dik: T= 0.8 mm R = 1.2 mm maka K= 0.33
L1 =
D2 – ( R + T)
=
60 – ( 1.2 + 0.8)
=
58 mm
L2 =
D1 – (R + T)
=
40 – (1.2 + 0.8)
=
38 mm
BA = phi. A
(R+K.T)/180
= phi. 90 (1.2 + 0.33 *
0.8) / 180
= 2.3 mm
Jadi LF = L1 + L2 + BA
= 58 + 38 +2.3
= 98.3 mm
Jika diambil garis tengah L1 = 58 + ½*2.3
= 59.15 mm
L2 = 38 + ½*2.3
= 39.15 mm
= 59.15 mm
L2 = 38 + ½*2.3
= 39.15 mm

Klik Sheet Metal > Base Flange/Tab, masukkan data sesuai parameter
3. Klik Flatten, untuk menunjukkan bentangan
4 Klik Tool > Measure, untuk mengukur dimensi
